Customer Service Assistant (Retail)

Due to the demands of recent growth, we are looking for a customer service representative to join our team to help the company manage its customer interactions through our customer service systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for handling initial customer or vendor enquiries by phone and email. Common enquiries include order status updates, warranty requests and help with product support or occasional requests for donations or media enquiries. As a customer service assistant, you will address enquiries that you are trained to handle and route calls or emails to the correct person for all other enquiries.

The position will involve tracking customer concerns and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. Other in store tasks such as merchandising or occasion in store sales support will be required as needed.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while staying focused.
• Be organized and able to prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Be a team player and be able to communicate and work with the rest of the Craze Outdoors team.
• Have strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Be a self-starter and work without supervision.
• Strong multitasking abilities while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

To be part of our team you will need to show a positive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position will rarely require working evenings but will require some weekend day shifts.
