REFUND POLICY

Sometimes you might buy the wrong item or its not what you need. In this case, we will take care of you. Refunds are accepted for items that meet the following criteria:

The item is unopened and in original packaging.
The items and its packaging are in original re-saleable condition.
The return request was filed within 30 days of ordering the item from Craze Outdoors.
Receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

In order to request a refund you must email support@crazeoutdoors.com and request authorization in advance. Items sent back to us for a refund without approval will be returned to the purchaser. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. The unit is not returned to Craze Outdoors until the item has been physically delivered to us.

Product concerns or warranty issues must be dealt with through the manufacturer’s warranty program.

For health and safety reasons Craze Outdoors does not accept refunds on the following items:

Gift cards.
Sale, clearance or discontinued items.
Health and personal care items.
Food and beverage products.
Sleeping Bags
Tents

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Refunds are processed through the same method that the payment was made. For example if you pay by Visa, you refund will go back onto the your Visa card.

Refunds are issued back to the same card or account number the payment was made from. This means that if you make a purchase from Visa card # 12345, any refunds must go back onto the same card. Craze Outdoors cannot process refunds onto other cards.

REFUND STATUS
Before asking on the status of the refund, please wait at least 15 days to allow your provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received after this time please contact your payment provider first. If you have not received a refund after this point please email suppport@crazeoutdoors.com for an update. Please also allow three business days for us to reply.
