Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at crazeoutdoors.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Country or Shipping
Unless indicated otherwise, all Craze Outdoors merchandise ships from within Canada. We currently do not ship outside Canada.
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed same business day if received on or before 2 PM MST. However, during peak periods order may require 1-4 days processing time. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery normally takes 3-9 business days, varying with shipment size and location.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are:
- Items $0 - $99.99 flat rate shipping of $10.00 CAD
- Items $100 or more: free shipping
Some items may incur shipping costs. Examples could include large or heavy items, dangerous goods items, remote deliveries, or items of an unusual dimension. These additional fees are only determined after checkout is completed based on the item's characteristics and delivery address. We will reach out prior to shipping your order if additional shipping fees apply.
Rush Shipping
Need an item in a pinch? Reach out to our team and we can explore rushed shipping options! Please note that rushed shipping may be subject to an additional fee, and not all items are eligible for rush shipments.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Dangerous Goods
Items regulated under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act (TDG) require additional processing and handling. These items include lithium-ion batteries, bear spray, or camp fuel. Shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
Yes - we ship up north! Shipping to Northern Territories are subject to the availability and schedule of our ground and air freight partners. For most shipments, our items are delivered within two weeks of shipment to your address, a local freight terminal, or air cargo terminal (depending on location).
Craze Outdoors will make every attempt to offer our free same-day shipping to members of our northern communities. Certain exclusions may apply - such as for the shipment of dangerous goods or oversized parcels. In such cases, we will reach out directly to confirm if any shipping charges apply.
A side note on Air Dangerous Goods shipments to Canada's North - your item(s) may be held in a cargo air terminal for a period of time until our air cargo partner airlines can schedule a flight. We will keep you updated to the best of our abilities regarding status of scheduled cargo flights.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Since Craze Outdoors ships from within Canada, you will not be charged customs or duties. Taxes are charged at the rate based on the province you live in.
Damages
Craze Outdoors will replace any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@crazeoutdoors.com for instructions. Returns will be rejected where Craze Outdoors is not notified prior to returning the item.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
