The Expedition 1000 is hand-filled in Derbyshire with 1000g of 850-fill-power hydrophobic goose down, rated to -30°C and oversized enough to layer over down clothing without compressing the loft that keeps you warm. A trapezoidal baffle design and Flowgate chest baffles keep that down where it belongs through a long, cold night, while a close-fitting hood and face baffle seal in warmth when conditions turn.
