The Burnt Timber roast is inspired by not only the founder's past careers as wildfire firefighters but by their friends and family. They had relentless feedback asking them to come out with a dark roast so here it is!

A cheeky mixture of Central American and Indonesian beans combined to create this smokey roast! It reminds them of hard fought days on the fire-line where all you could smell and taste were the remains of burnt timber.
